Northern Communications Group and Accurate Communications Join Forces

Denver, Colorado. May 1, 2008

Northern Communications Group and Accurate Communications today announced the merger of their two companies and are now operating as one.

Jason Long, President of Northern Communications Group, noted that because the companies had similar product offerings and philosophies, and because of the way various product offerings complimented each other, joining forces just made sense. "We are excited about the way this joining of companies will benefit our customers," said Long. "We now have a complete presence in both Northern Colorado and the Metro Denver area, and this allows us to more fully serve the needs of clients of both companies."

Northern Communications, based out of Berthoud, Colorado, joins up with Accurate Communications out of Golden Colorado. Both companies have established themselves as leading providers of telecommunications and voice mail systems from manufacturers such as Iwatsu, NEC and Panasonic. The combination of skills and offerings allows the new Northern Communications Group to be a single source for all business technology needs including:

Randall Byrd, vice president of Sales and Marketing, stated that NCG can now be a complete solutions provider. We can coordinate any of their technology and communications needs, finding the right provider or package to help them become more profitable and more competitive."

The Accurate Communications office will continue to be known as Accurate Communications, an NCG Company. As a result, the new NCG can continue to build on the solid reputation and good name of both Accurate Communications and Northern Communications Group.
